ATR444 Kiln Controller

ATR444 is a very simple, single program of 12 stages controller for kilns and ovens requiring logic output for SSR or relay outputs for contactors. Very easy to enter and edit the program via the frontal keypad. An attractive large 4 digit LED display with clear english prompts and option of RS485 for remote communication via a modem.

 

Example Program Set Up

Normal Display.. Actual temperature on top line, current programmed set point value on second line when running, program status third line

To Edit the program, Press, F1 key, then function key, 01-T (step 1 time) appears, enter required value in HH.MM, the third line "Step Duration" is the scrolling english description of this parameter.

Press raise once 01-S appears (step 1 - Setpoint) enter temp for step 1

the third line "Step Set Point" is the scrolling english description of this parameter.

Press raise and 02-T (step 2 time) and enter in HH.MM

Press raise once 02-S appears (step 2 - Setpoint) enter temp for step 2 etc contuinue this for required number of stages

If you want to dwell, keep next step (02-S) at the same Setpoint value.

When your program is complete instead off HH.MM enter END, if not using all stages.
