PL110 Modbus RTU PLC
The PL110 is a powerful micro PLC which provides 8 digital inputs 8 relay outputs, analogue inputs for 4-20mA, 0-10V, NTC (-40...+125°C) or linear potentiometers up to 10Kohm & a 0-10V linear output. There is a real time clock & 2 Serial communication ports, both can be set for either Modbus master or slave with baudrate up to 57000.
CE, UL & cUL approved Development environment PLprog is ladder based with function blocks (contacts/coils) integrating counters, timers, PID control algorithms, motion control, mathematical and logical functions, check on words bit. Programming is made available on a standard USB port
Examples of direct analogue and temperature inputs via standard 10Kohm NTC sensor.
The PL110 has two RS485 serial ports which van be configured for Modbus RTU master or slave. Slave address can be set via internal pot or in the software along with baud rate and format. Example of Pl110 used in a slave network.
Model PL110-2A has 16 pages of 8 x 19 charaters. A number of default pages are used for I/O status, time/date and PLC port configuration. The remainder are customizable to read or write variables (up to 4 per page) and display messages. Default pages can be hidden and variable access can be password protected via some simple settings
