The SR22 smart relay or micro PLC is a low cost, programmable logic controller programmed with Supercad FBD software which is free of charge. It is powerful and easy to learn. The The SR22 smart relay has an optional front backlit LCD display, which is modular in design and can be mounted on the front of the PLC or into panel mount adaptor for operator access to essential parameters. These can be locked with a password.
The SR22MRDC smart relay is powered by 12-24VDC supply, it has 8 mechanical relay outputs & 14 digital inputs. 8 of these digital inputs can also be used as 0-10V analogue inputs for process or building management applications involving moisture, temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level etc. The SR22 smart relays host a range of comprehensive functionality. In addition to standard preset counters, preset timers & logical functions they have analogue comparators,real time clock with time schedule functions, display and user adjustment for functions such as thresholds, counter or timer presets.The SR22 smart relays are supplied without a display. An optional backlit LCD display SR-HMI is available which clips onto the front. The SR-HMI can also be mounted onto the front of the control panel using the SR-EHC mount adaptor which is supplied with a mtr of cable with d9 connector.
