Z170REG-1 Signal Splitter
Signal Splitter and isolator with 4-20mA, 0-10V output signals
Z170REG-1 is from a new generation of flexible signal converter and signal isolator which can be set up via dip switches, free program software via micro USB cable or free Android app available on Google Play. It features universal inputs which include thermocouple, PT100, PT1000, 0-10K Ohms, (0) 4-20mA & 0-10V with 17V transmitter power for 4-20mA loops. The Z170 Signal splitter provides galvanically isolated dual analogue ouputs which can be scaled independently and configured to be 0-10V or either active or passive 4-20mA signals. Power supply is 10-40VDC/18-28VAC
Typical Signal Duplicator Application
The Z170REG-1 Signal splitter provides loop power (17V DC) to a temperature sensor with in head transmitter. 2 independent 4-20mA loops are generated, loop 1 is active to the PLC, voltage for this 4-20mA loop is supplied by the Z170REG-1 splitter. Loop 2 is passive, voltage for this 4-20mA loop is supplied by the digital indicator

Signal Duplicator Set Up
Z170REG-1 Signal splitter is set up via 3 methods. Standard ranges can be selected by on board dip switches. All ranges can be set via free EASY wizard based PC software using a standard Micro USB cable. The Z170REG-1 Signal splitter can also be set up via Android smart phone and CU-A-MICRO-OTG cable.
